Concrete Canvas is available in 3 thicknesses: CC5, CC8 and CC13, which are 5, 8 and 13mm thick respectively. Concrete Canvas Hydro, which includes a PVC backing membrane, is also available for hydrocarbon applications.
Concrete Canvas is used in a variety of civil infrastructure applications, such as ditch lining, slope protection and capping secondary containment bunds.
Concrete Canvas is rapidly becoming the ditch lining material of choice for engineers and contractors around the world. Concrete Canvas is typically 10 times faster to install than conventional concrete solutions, with installation speeds of up to 200 m2/hr possible with only a three man crew for a longitudinal layup.
Concrete Canvas is increasingly being used as an alternative to non-structural shotcrete to protect slopes from surface erosion caused by weathering, surface run-off and environmental degradation.
In certain applications Concrete Canvas can be used as structural slope stabilisation by combining it with steel mesh and soils nails (see the Concrete Canvas User guide for more details).
Concrete Canvas can be used for hard armour capping of earth bunds around petrochemical tank farms, munitions depots and flood defences. Typically installation speeds for bund lining are approximately 800 m2/day with a 6-man crew. Concrete Canvas Hydro may also be used in this application.
Concrete Canvas can be used as an alternative to brattice cloth, plaster board or concrete block-work to construct blast and vent wall structures for underground mining applications. Trials have shown that Concrete Canvas typically provides cost savings of over 20% compared to conventional solutions.
Concrete Canvas has been used worldwide as an effective method of preventing surface erosion and scour associated with water run-off from culverts outlets, spillways and over-toppings.

|Spray the fiber surface with water until it it feels wet to touch for several minutes|
|Re-spray the CC again after 1 hour if:|
|1.installing CC in a steep or vertical surface;|
|2.Installing in warm climates;|
|1.CMC can not be over hydrated and an excess of water is always recommended;|
|2.Minimum ratio of water:CMC by weight: 1:4|
|3.Don't jet high pressure water directly onto the CMC as this may wash a channel in CMC.|

What is Concrete Mat Cloth (CMC) GCCM ?
CMC GCCM is a flexible and soft cement impregnated fabric, that hardens on hydration to form a thin,durable,water proof and fire retardant concrete layer. Essentially, it's concrete on a roll.
What's the structure of Concrete Mat Cloth GCCM?
CMC GCCM was made of woven geotextile, nonwoven geotextile, HDPE geomembrane, and 3D structure geocomposite fabric.
The specially formulated dry concrete powder mix will be reinforced by 3D mesh geo-fabric, and sandwiched between porous nonwoven geotextile and water proof HDPE geomembrane or Aluminium Foil composite.
How does the Concrete Mat Cloth CMC GCCM work?
CMC GCCM allows concrete construction without the need for plant or mixing equipment. It's very easy, and just add water on the CMC non-waterproof side.
Once Set, the 3D mesh fabric will reinforce the concrete, prevent crack propagation and provide a safe plastic failure mode. The woven and nonwoven geotextile on the top side will offer special protection on the CMC, and offer higher tensile strength for composite.
HDPE geomembrane backing on the bottom surface of CMC ensures the material is completely water proof.

CMC can be laid at a rate of 150m2/hours ,up to 10 times faster than conventional concrete solutions.
Easy to Use
CMC is available in man portable rolls for application with limited access such as 10mts long. It's also very easy to cut by "box cutter". The conncrete inside of CMC is pre-mixed so there is no need for mixing or compacting.
Lower Project Cost
The speed and ease of installation mean CMC GCCM is more cost-effective than conventional concrete,with less logistical complexity.
CMC is a low mass, low carbon technology which uses up to 95% less material than conventional concrete for many applications.
Long Expectation Life
CMC is made of high strength geotextile and special cement mixture. Its expectation life can reach more than 30 years. What's more, it is of no need for maintenance.
Concrete Mat Cloth GCCM Key Properties
The HDPE Geomembrane backing on the bottom surface of the CMC ensures that the CMC GCCM has excellent impermeability.
The 3D mesh fabric reinforcement prevents CMC from cracking, absorbs energy from impacts. The HDPE geomembrane and geotextile will improve CMC composite strength after adding water.
CMC is twice as abrasion resistant as standard OPC Concrete, has excellent chemical resistance, good weathering performance and will not degrade in UV.
Flexible and Soft
CMC GCCM has good drape characteristics and will closely follow the ground profile and fit around existing infrastructure. Unset CMC can be cut or tailored by basic hand tools.
The cement powder inside of CMC will not come out from the edge because of special sealing edge.
