What is Pioneer CemenTEX GCCM Rolls(Cement Cloth)?


CemenTEX GCCM Rolls (Cement CLoth) is a Needle Punched Composite, consisting of Concrete-Sand Mix, embedded and fixed between

two layers of geo-textile and supported with additional layer of geomembrane.


CemenTEX GCCM Rlss (Cement Cloth) is different from or CMC made by PioneerTEX.

But its cost is lower than CMC and CCUK.


CemenTEX Cement Cloth was made of Sand mixed Cement with special additive and high strength short fiber.

Its bending strength and compressive strength is close to CMC or CCUK.

But its peeling strength and waterproof quality is not good because it is without sandwich fabric reinforcement.

After hydration, it can also work well for slope protection and ditch lining.

And CMCC could be supported with PE waterproof geomembrane on the bottom when project requires special protection against water.

Rapid Install


CMC can be laid at a rate of 150m2/hours ,up to 10 times faster than conventional concrete solutions.


Easy to Use


CMC is available in man portable rolls for application with limited access such as 10mts long. It's also very easy to cut by "box cutter". The conncrete inside of CMC is pre-mixed so there is no need for mixing or compacting.


Lower Project Cost


The speed and ease of installation mean CMC GCCM is more cost-effective than conventional concrete,with less logistical complexity.




CMC is a low mass, low carbon technology which uses up to 95% less material than conventional concrete for many applications.


Long Expectation Life


CMC is made of high strength geotextile and special cement mixture. Its expectation life can reach more than 30 years. What's more, it is of no need for maintenance.

Pre-set CC Properties      
Working time: 1-2 hours subject to ambient temperature.    
CC will achieve 70-80% strength at 24 hours after hydration.    
Method of hydration        
Spray the fiber surface with water until it it feels wet to touch for several minutes
after spraying.        
Re-spray the CC again after 1 hour if:      
1. installing CC in a steep or vertical surface;    
2. Installing in warm climates;      
1. CMCC can not be over hydrated and an excess of water is always recommended;
2. Minimum ratio of water:CMC by weight: 1:4    
3. Don't jet high pressure water directly onto the CMCC as this may wash a channel in CMCC.
4 . Please use non-saline water for hydration.If CMCC will be used for sea projects,please
advise us beforehand.        
5. CMCC can hydrate and set under water;      
6. CMCC has a working time of 1-6hours after hydration. Don't move or touch CMCC
once it has begun to set.        
7. Working time will be reduced in hot climate;    
8. CMC will set hard in 2-3 hours,but will continue to gain strength for several months.
