What's the structure of Cement Blanket ( Concrete Erosion Control Mat )?
CEMENT BALANKET (Concrete Erosion Control Mat) GCCM was made of woven geotextile, nonwoven geotextile and Sand mixed Cement;
Cement Sand mixture was blended with glass/basalt fiber.
And the specially formulated dry concrete powder mix will be also mixed with special sand and special addtive for reinforcement to offer high temperature compressive strength more than 60Mpa.
PIONEERTEX Cement Sand Blanket was also reinforced by Glassfiber Geogrid at the bottom and on the top of composite to offer premium flexbile bending strength.
It can also work well for river bank protection or ditch lining for erosion control.
CSB is most cost effective comparing with concrete impregnated canvas or concrete mat cloth.
