PIONEERTEX Oil Soluble PU Grouting Material
Product Description:
PIONEERTEX Oil Soluble Polyurethane Leak Sealant is composed of composite polymer polyols and polyisocyanates. Upon contact with water, it rapidly reacts and expands to fill cracks, gaps, and voids, achieving effective waterproofing. The resulting water-insoluble expanded substance provides both water retention and structural reinforcement.
Applications:
Waterproofing and reinforcement of basements, deformation cracks, and construction joints.
Waterproofing for subway and tunnel projects, hydropower stations, and dam engineering.
Waterproofing and reinforcement for petroleum and coal mining projects.
(Note: Successfully applied in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou subway systems, as well as the Three Gorges Dam project.)
Key Features:
High Expansion, No Shrinkage: Expands 10–30 times upon reaction with water, effectively filling gaps to achieve dual leak-stopping and reinforcement.
Rapid Curing: Generates waterproof chemicals immediately upon contact with water. Curing time ranges from 10–60 seconds, with no damage or corrosion to reinforced concrete structures or steel bars.
Single-Component, Easy Application: Ideal for rapid deployment in emergencies.
Versatile Grouting Methods: Suitable for high-pressure or manual grouting, with superior results under high-pressure conditions.
