WHAT IS PIONEERTEX BREATHABLE MEMBRANE ?
Breathable membrane was actually a PE membrane with micro pore, it will allow vapor permeable, but not allow water go through.
It could be reinforced by one layer or two layers of PP spunbonded nonwoven geotextile or PP woven geotextile.
Or it also could be made to order.
Products characteristic:
1. Excellent performance at water reisitance
2. Particular funtion of vapour permeability, so called breathable membrane
3. Good performance at UV resistance
4. Tear resistance, wear resistance, good extensibility
5. The 100% returnable polymer materials, fit the ecologist requirements.

Vapor-permeable breathable membrane was made of 2 layers of material:
Permeable PE/PP film + PP spunbond nonwoven
All vapor barrier and vapor-permeable membrane all could be made to order.
